All in which is included in a thriller film.
This title is from the film American Psycho. Its black capitals with red lining on the letters. This connotes blood, murder and death. The title also takes your eye as the black is quite thick and interesting. The blood splats in the background also help represent the film as thriller as it would immediately make you think of murder/killings including knife slashes. I like this one as the font is quite ordinary by font and colour, but the blood splats make it more captivating and make the film appear more exciting.
This title is from the film Orphan. The fonts looks like it has been engraved by a knife or written by a child. The white looks like bright lights which make it look more captivating. Half of the tile is in capitals an half is small letters. This could be to connote a child writing as they would be learning how to write accurately. The font also looks quite sharp or smudged.
